The Nob Hill Cottage is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment that lies in the bustling Nob Hill neighborhood known for it's proximity to downtown and beautiful views around San Francisco Bay. On vacation or on a business trip this property is the perfect place to enjoy the busy city life while staying in a secluded sanctuary. Curl up next to the fireplace with a good classic from the many books and literature to choose from. Cook a feast in the newly beautiful renovated kitchen and eat in the dining area under an antique candle lit chandelier. After a long day the living area has a big sectional couch to plop down on and watch a good show on TV or a movie on the DVD player. In the morning you can open the front double doors and enjoy some morning coffee in the private patio surrounded by fruit and floral trees.
BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
This cottage has a comfortable bedroom with one queen size bed. A pack-n-play crib and a twin sized roll-away bed are also available for your use.
There is a full bathroom between the bedroom and the living room.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA/LIVING AREA
If you love to cook, there is a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances including a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. The dining area has a glass top table that can seat 6. With the cottage's open floorplan the living area is right off the dining area. The living area has a very large L-shaped sofa with a TV/DVD player for your entertainment.
Pack-n-play crib, twin roll-away bed are available. The private patio includes a bench to relax under the shade of fruit and flower trees, and a barbacue for a private cookout. To add to the cozy feeling in the cottage there is a gas fireplace where you can curl up with a good book from the large selection of literature you will find in the mini Library off the dining area.
LOCATION AND ATTRACTIONS
This cozy cottage is located in the Nob Hill Area of San Francisco. The property is half a block from Hyde Street, which is a cute tree-lined street with shops, cafes, and restaurants. The historic Cable Car lines run down Hyde Street and will take you to the Fisherman's Wharf Area and to the busy shopping area of Downtown San Francisco (Powell/Market).
You would be 2 blocks away from the busy Van Ness Avenue which has restaurants for blocks and blocks, including the famous House of Prime Rib. There is also the 1000 Van Ness movie theater which is on Van Ness avenue/O'Farrell Street. There are frequent buses on Van Ness which will take you to the Fisherman's Wharf area or to The Mission District which is a popular destinations for their restaurants, bars, galleries and street life.
