Centrally located in the heart of the Castro yet on a quiet sleepy street, this Jr. one bedroom unit has recently been remodeled with recessed lighting, large flat screen tv, efficiency kitchen and updated bathroom. Sleeping alcove has a raised bed and is partially separated from the rest of the unit. Kitchenette area has granite counter and plentiful cupboard space. The unit is light filled and has hardwood floors throughout. Plenty of closet space and comfortable size bathroom complete this unit. 30 NIGHT MINIMUM. No smoking. No pets.
The $39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. In lieu of purchasing the security damage insurance, the guest has the option to pay a $3000 refundable security deposit.
Cleaning fee listed is for end of stay cleaning for stays less than 30 nights. Stays 30 nights or longer are subject to a $150 - $250 cleaning fee in lieu of fee stated.
Interim cleanings can be arranged for an addtional $125 per cleaning (1-2 interim cleanings per month required for stays over 45 nights).
Additional fees such as processing, pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.
To complete your reservation once confirmed through Roomorama: you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be SIGNED and returned along with a scan of your driver’s license or passport and credit card.
ONLY upon receipt of the SIGNED documents; photo ID and credit card; and payment of CSA fee and/or deposit do we release the entry code and instructions.
