Apt quite unique, by any account (there aren't many loft in Paris!). Built around its 500sq ft.,15ft high living room, it is1200 sq ft large and includes 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and one office room (could be used as a third bedroom). The walls have been freshly repainted. The apt is modern and luxury, not "charming" or "typical" (that, in many other listings, really means "old").
The building is less than 10 years old, located just behind a small park, in a super quiet street. The 3 big windows that go up through the ceiling's living room bring all the natural light you can dream of. And more.
WiFi and Internet throughout, including on the living room's flat panel cable TV. Printer free of use in the office space. Original NY-themed artwork on the walls. There really isn't anything missing: I'm living there!
The living room boasts three sofa (one of them converting to a 120cm bed for 2), a large flat tv (hooked up with a wii, cable & the internet), a straight piano, and a sleek black designer dining table that can accomodate 8 comfortably.
The master bedroom is large (180sq ft), boasts a queen bed and spare storage space for your belongings. The second bedroom is a little smaller but very fairly sized (120sq ft), has 2 single beds, storage space (i.e. you DO have more than enough room to open your luggage).
The third bedroom is currently used as office space and equipped with a desktop, printer and 2 desks, should you need to work or study. Naturally, there is ample space remaining in the apt. Should you be 6 and wish more privacy, we could set up the convertible sofa in the office space. There are also two bathrooms, one large (with a bathtub and washing machine) and a small one (with a shower).
I've been living there for about a year and anybody getting in has always instantly felt great in it; I do take care of the apt as I would of my baby. I think it's a great space for a family with 2 kids or more. I can also make available a parking space for you on request.
Simple rules apply: no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no bachelor/bachelorette parties. For stays longer than 4 nights, there is a mandatory cleaning of the apt every 3 days while you're there for a fee of 50€ each time - I believe it benefits both you and I.
Transportation: PC3 bus is at the corner; 2 subway options: line 13 (Porte de Clichy) at 10min walk, RER and line 3 (Wagram and Pereire) at 12-15 minutes. Velib' station (public bicycle system) at 2min walk, across the park. Taxi stand at 3min walking distance. Bakery with amazing bread at 2min and convenience store / groceries within 3-5 min. Closest monuments are Montmartre and Charles de Gaulle Etoile.
Safe building: digicode at the gate, then at the first door of the building then at the second key, then only you're inside the building.
