Small but nice rental. The local contact person was very accomodating to our time schedule on the arrival and departure, and very polite. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful, and the pool facilities were top notch. The walk to the Mall of Asia was very short too. The only thing I did not care for was that the contact person checked all appliances for operation and did a inventory at the completion, but one was not done at our arrival, fortunatley, everything did work!

the place was great! the location was were we wanted to be. amenities and security amazing! would definitely stay here again...the next time we visit this place. everything was in order and the owner was so kind to extend his help and made sure we were ok.

We had a wonderful stay here - very convenient to a lot of places such public transpo (though we took a cab most of the time), shopping mall (MOA), and a lot other establishments. The space is a little small though for 4 people but would definitely come back for our next trip. John (keyholder) was very nice and always made sure we were okay at the place. Thanks so much for making our staya great one. Will definitely recommend to my friends. :)

located right in the heart of mall of asia complex, the unit is just a quick 5-min walk to the best shopping, dining and entertainment experience in the bay area. cab is easily available in the driveway (the doorman arranged it for me) just outside the lobby while bus and jeepney stops are just around the corner. weeks before, i was impressed at how efficient customer support was--after the booking was confirmed (which was a breeze by the way), I received an e-mail about the direction to the property. detailed direction at that. nice. just exactly everything a first-time visitor needs. ideal location, efficient staff! and for a fraction of condotel rates (this property has swimming pool!), this roomorama property in Sea Residences is good value for money.

The property owner was gracious and very accommodating. He took extra care in making sure everything went well. He even went to the trouble of letting my friend check in very early, at 8 am, since she was arriving well before I was, near midnight. It was so good to know that all the details were handled without a concern.

Let me start off by saying that I apologize to anyone whom I may hurt with this review. I just hope that this will contribute to the improvement of the service by the host and by Newcastle Properties. I will start with the problem of the unit we were suppose to occupy. We found out, upon our arrival that the unit is out of order. We booked ourselves in a unit on the 11th floor so that we could have a nice view of the fireworks come the 31st of December, as the said unit has a balcony. Instead, we were down on the 3rd floor, facing an unfinished building and a parking lot. The unit they gave us had just been occupied and was not at all ready to have new tenants, but they put us in it anyway. There were no toiletries (toilet paper, soap, etc.), no towels, no kitchen paraphernalia and the shower hasn't been cleaned before we moved in. The agents tried their best to go and get the necessities, but we had to wait at least 4 hours to have the toiletries. I couldn't get hold of the person responsible to ask questions. Then there was the problem of lack of bed linens. Again, the agent, had to go to another unit to avail of the sheets. By the time all was taken cared of, it was 7 PM. This is just the checking in. Now, I will point out details in the unit which we feel need to be addressed. 1) The electrical outlet of the shower heater is right beside the shower itself-where the water source is located. This is highly dangerous if water gets into the outlet. 2) The unit needs to have more accessible electrical outlets such as the kitchen. We had to move the microwave each time we had to use it as it was very far away from any source. And the only place we could find was this spot between the sink and the burner. It was very inconveniently placed. 3) The wire of the fridge over hangs the sink. Again, very dangerous. 4) The unit didn't have a toaster, even a small one. 5) It lacked kitchen utensils such as a pair of scissors to open wrappers, bottle/wine openers, plastic bags for the garbage. 6) Speaking of garbage, the building is not equipped with a garbage chute. Tenants have to put their garbage just outside their unit and a collector comes and takes them twice of thrice a day. It is not a very pleasant sight to see garbage along the corridor, especially when it smells. 7) There is no intercom-telephone to communicate with reception if need be. 8) There is no place to entertain guests. The units are too small to host dinners for more than 4 people and there is no area designated for a small get-together. Some condotels provide an area where guests could entertain their friends - like an area beside the pool or the like. 9) Eventhough MOA is walking distance, the Hypermart is all the way the other end of the complex. We had to walk back (with heavy groceries) at least 20 minutes. 10) The complex should provide some kind of a small convenient store within its grounds - for emergencies like water, basic groceries, diapers, etc.. Even a simple vending machine where we could buy drinks or simple snacks would be a good thing to have in every building. 11) The host should provide basic guidelines such as information about the pool, a number for a taxi or van company for guests who are heading off to the airport, take-out restos. 12) Last but not least, we notices that the emergency beside the elevators was not connected to its electrical socket. I hope that take these pointers would be taken seriously and help improve the quality and safety of existing or future tenants of Newcastle Properties. Sincerely, Yvonne Cutaran Canada
