Thank you for your interest.  Please contact me with who you are, where you are from and the nature of your visit. As I live on the property, it is essential that I know who my guests are. 

This extraordinary apartment is a huge well-appointed 3-bedroom upper flat in a duplex with old-world, 1920's, Mediterranean charm with all the original architectural details. There's a lovely back patio & front porch for enjoying L.A.'s weather.

This well-appointed guest room has a firm comfortable, full bed with excellent bedding. There are available drawers and walk-in closet space, as well as, zippy WiFi. It has its own lovely private bath/shower.

There is central AC & Heat, a large working fireplace, and free laundry facilities.

The free safe street parking is usually easy. If there is ever a problem, there is one space in front of my garage door.

I am not at all territorial and have indicated on the photos which areas are shared and which are private. If you are more comfortable hanging out in your comfortable room - no problem. If you prefer hanging out or have work you'd like to spread out in any of the shared spaces - again, no problem. If you'd like to cook in the kitchen or watch the HDTV or sit by a fireplace in the Living Room, great! It's all about what makes you comfortable.

I always check in my guests and review all of the details to familiarize you with your room, the entire apartment and the surrounding areas. After that, I am available for other inquiries throughout your visit. I can treat you like family or just be your personal concierge. Or, I can make myself scarce. I take my cues from my guests.

I love this area because it's safe and convenient to everything because it's right in the middle of LA.

I'm 1.5 miles from LACMA as well as Rodeo Drive. An easy walk (4-10 blocks) to the Robertson Blvd. shopping district and the Paparazzi-soaked Ivy and Kitson. It's 2 miles to The Grove/Farmers Market and 2 miles to the center of West Hollywood. 1 mile from Cedars-Sinai and the Beverly Center. I'm a 10 minute drive to Culver City, 15 minute drive to the heart of Hollywood or the ocean and a 20-minute drive from LAX or to Downtown.

There are buses going in all directions surrounding me. N/S buses going up and down La Cienega & Robertson. And E/W buses going across Wilshire & Olympic. None more than 2-4 blocks away. The closest train is 10 minutes south in Culver City. There is also a new free smart phone app for coordinating your travel about the sprawling city that includes maps and routes for all buses and trains. It's called Go511.

I have a young Cocker Spaniel goof-ball and a small mutt who are sweet, mostly very quiet and have never met anyone they don't like.
