THE ART LOFT GUESTHOUSE
This is a grand open loft with vaulted wood ceilings, draped skylights, a new bathroom and a mini kitchen with a new Fisher Paykel stainless steel refrigerator, and a stainless steel hot plate, and a microwave/convection oven.
Originally an art studio, it's been converted to a spacious living space. Artist paint splattered floors contrast with modern furnishings; a queen bed with fluffy down bedding, a modular couch that can be put together to sleep 1-2 more, and there is also a queen aerobed. The open living space makes it good for families and close friends. Sleeps up to 6.
It has wireless internet, a 32" Sony plasma flat panel HDTV, lots of books & magazines, a CD collection, a stereo system, and cable TV. All linens and towels, beach towels and taxes are included and there's plenty of street parking. Stroll to the beach through the lovely canals or grab one of our bikes and zip on down...and avoid the beach parking!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If we are able to rent the property again, there will be a 75% refund.
