Hello Friends.  For booking inquires, please provide a little info about yourself or trip.  A profile pic and info is a must.  This is a quiet building so please only inquire if you are looking for a quiet stay here too.  Thanks and enjoy. 

Stay in this Historic Landmark Hollywood building located 3 blocks from famous Sunset & Vine and 4 blocks from the Metro rail (subway) with direct access to Downtown and Universal Studios/Citywalk. Short walk to W hotel, Trader Joes, Hollywood Farmers Market (Sundays), Ameoba Records, Arclight, many restaurants, coffee shops and the best night life in Los Angeles. Great bars, and eateries all within an easy walk.  Apartment offers view of interior courtyard and trees outside in a very clean, old world style registered historical landmark 1920’s Hollywood brick building that's also amazingly quiet.

If renting a car - save the 22% airport tax fees and rent near by. I have a corporate account set up for guests with set rates at Enterprise just 3 blocks away. They do pick ups. I recommend taking an $8.50 bus/subway combo to get to and from airport. More info provided to guests.
