Description

This listing is for the entire apartment. I have a separate listing if you are interested in only renting one bedroom with ensuite, private, full bath in a shared apartment. Look under "homestay".

This 2br/2ba, almost new apartment home is located at 29th Street Mall between Pearl & Walnut. Next door, are retail shops (such as Macy's, Apple & Nordstrom Rack) and restaurants/bars/coffee shops, as well as seasonal outdoor events/music, 16 screen theater and a skating rink.

Just outside of the mall, is Whole Foods, Barnes & Noble, Target and more on Pearl St. The popular pedestrian mall portion of Pearl St is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride.
Here, you will find 50+ restaurants, street performers, music and great people watching. Chautauqua hiking is also nearby. Everything Boulder is at your doorstep. The view faces South, overlooking the mountains and Macy's parking. You can see the start of the annual Bolder Boulder marathon from the balcony.
