Muizenberg is a historical bathing area which has its own special charm. The little coastal town is situated directly by the sea and has a wide beach which stretches over kilometers and where every day in the season those who enjoy swimming and numerous surfers frequent it. From here you have the best starting point for a tour around the Cape Peninsula and you can follow the sun all day long and therefore get the best sunny conditions. Just a few kilometers away you will find those holiday destinations such as Kalk Bay, Fish Hoek and Simons Town with the world famous penguin colony on Boulders Beach. It is only 25 km away from the Cape Point Natural Park from where you can follow the coastal road via Scarborough, Kommetjie, Hout Bay, Llandudno and Camps Bay to Cape Town (Clifton, Bantry Bay and Sea Point).

The large apartment satisfies the needs of the discerning holiday maker. It is situated right near the garden and swimming pool. Very generous in size with luxury fittings like Satellite-TV with English and German channels, a beautiful fireplace and a smart Jacuzzi in one of the two bathrooms.

Our building lies on quite a steep slope and therefore has a view over the neighbouring buildings which lie between us and the ocean. The amazing view over the sea, beach and mountains really gives you that holiday feeling and provides the right atmosphere for a recuperating holiday full of experiences. The position of the house has the advantage that our guests can reach everything on foot from here. There is a bottle shop just 400 meters away, a supermarket and petrol station only 600 meters away. Just a few meters away there is a really good restaurant in the old Muizenberg Station.

Owner speaks fluent French, German and English and can be of assistance for any questions and recommendations.

How to get there:

Coming from the airport it is best to drive the N2 to Cape Town. At Groote Schur leave the N2 (to the left) at the sign "M3 to Muizenberg". Follow the M3 and pass Rondebosch, Kirstenbosch, Claremont, Bishopscourt, Main Road Constantia, Ladies Mile Road and Tokai until end of M3. Turn left up to Main Road and on Main Road towards Muizenberg. In Muizenberg Center pass the crossing at the traffic lights and turn next to the right into School Road Street. Second street on the left is Talma Bay Road which leads on the right into Sea View Road. Directly after the curve is our property located, No. 1.
