FLAT IS PART OF THE NEW VICTORIA TOWERS
My condo unit is part of the 4,539 square meter prime property called Victoria Towers. The three-tower residential and commercial building is perched on the hilly corner (away from flood’s way) of Timog Avenue and Panay Avenue in Quezon City.
My unit is on the 16th floor of the 18-floor Tower A. LOBBY AND SECURITY Hotel-like check-in counters at the lobby of Victoria Towers control access to residential units. Professional staffs maintain round-the-clock security of the premises. You may be required to present your passport or valid ID when accessing the condo unit. Wanting to wait, meet or entertain your visitors and friends before accompanying them upstairs? Then indulge with your friends and visitors for a while, sit and chat at the cozy waiting area of the reception hall.
COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS INSIDE THE BUILDING
Commercial, dining and other business establishments are located in the basement, ground floor, mezzanine, first and second floors of the building. Practically, you are just one elevator ride to everything you need.
TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS
On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms: the masters’ bedroom and the guest room. Your living room and kitchen are on the lower level. There are two toilets and bathrooms: one upstairs and another one downstairs. The bathroom in the ground floor has cold and hot showers.
BEDS MATTRESSES and bedding are ready for your use. The masters’ bedroom has a queen size bed and a private toilet and bath. For additional sleeping space, the single bed in the guest room has a pull-out bed attached to it. •1 queen-size bed (comfortably sleeps 2 persons) •1 single bed with a pull-out bed (comfortably sleeps 2 persons)
BEDS FOR EXTRA GUESTS Extra guests (i.e., guest/s after the 4th person) may use the 2 folding beds reserved for them. The 2 stand-by folding beds with foams can be placed inside the masters’ bedroom. Alternatively, one folding bed can be placed in the living room on the first floor of the condo. A surcharge for each of the extra guests in excess of 4 persons shall be assessed. BEDDING,
LINENS AND TOWELS •Several sets of Egyptian bath towels, face towels, hand towels, bath mats •Several sets of bedding: comforters, bed sheets, blankets, pillows
BEDDING, linens and towels shall be set-up for you, one-time, before your check-in. Several sets of bedding and towels are provided for your use. Please take care for the laundry of the used towels and bedding (linens, pillow cases, towels, bed sheet, comforter, etc.,) so you may always have ready stock of clean bedding and towels.
LAUNDRY You may call any laundry services within the vicinity. Request them to collect from / deliver back to you at the condo’s doorsteps any item you may have for laundry. Just tell them the number of the condo unit and your telephone number. You will find the list of laundry services shops and their telephone numbers inside the flat. Please pay the laundry services fee directly to the laundry services representative who collects or delivers your laundry. Alternatively, should you wish to wash your clothes inside the condo, you may use the washing machine inside the bathroom.
HOUSEKEEPING AND CLEANING SERVICES At check-in, you will be provided with linens and bath towels. Your place will be turned-over to you clean and tidy as well. As you will be the homeowner of the condo during your stay, you will take care of the housekeeping and cleaning of your place. Alternatively, at your own expense, you may avail of housekeeping or cleaning services. My condo manager can help arrange for this service. If required, please coordinate with my condo manager at check-in or anytime during your stay.
AIR CONS AND E-FANS Besides the remote controlled split-type and window-type air-conditioned units, you’ll find three stand-by electric fans. FIRE SAFE Equipped with automatic sprinkler system and a stand-by fire extinguisher, the flat is strategically situated near the fire exit.
CENTRAL LOCATION: EASILY ACCESSIBLE The area where the condo is located is easily accessible from all directions and is bounded by major transit and transportation routes such as MRT 3, LRT 1, and LRT 3, taxis, buses, jeepneys, and motorcycles. 30 - 45 MINUTES FROM AIRPORTS AND SEAPORTS MY place is approximately 30 to 45 minutes from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA Terminal 1), Philippine Airlines' Centenial Terminal (NAIA Terminal 2), NAIA Terminal 3 for Cebu Pacific, AirPhilippines and PAL Express, and the Manila Domestic Passenger Terminal for ZestAir and South East Asian Airlines, as well as the Manila North and South Harbors (international and domestic inter-island seaports). The distance between my condo and Ninoy Aquino International Airport is more or less 15 kilometers or 91.3 miles.
CONDO IS WITHIN THE ENTERTAINMENT, WELLNESS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE ZONES •Tomas Morato and Timog Avenues: Popular food and beverage (F&B), wellness and entertainment areas where you can easily find known comedy bars, fine-dining restos, discotheques, karaoke joints, health spas, show clubs, and music lounges. •South Triangle: the area bounded by Quezon Avenue, Timog Avenue and EDSA hosts the corporate offices and main studios of giant media companies ABS-CBN Broadcast Center and GMA Network Center.
ENTERTAINMENT AT THE LIVING ROOM: CABLE CHANNELS Comfortably sit on the sofa in the living room and enjoy your favorite cable channels, music CDs and DVD movies on the new LCD TV with a mini home theater.
WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS AND TELEPHONE Bring your laptop and access the internet through the landline phone connection installed in the living room on the first floor of the condo. Good news! I have already acquired a router which will enable you to access the internet via a wireless connection. So you can connect to the internet even when you are upstairs, inside your bedroom or in the bathroom!
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN You will have a living room on the first floor of the unit. This living room integrates a kitchen, where electric cooking stoves, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator and dining and cooking utensils are available for your free use.
RESTAURANTS INSIDE THE BUILDING Not in the good mood for cooking? No problem. Run to the elevator, press “G” and there you go at the ground floor, leading you right away to Mang Inasal, Starbucks, Bistro Bar, Siomao House, and other fast foods and restaurants within the building itself. Alternatively, take a leisure walk along Timog Avenue or in the neighboring Tomas Morato Avenue. Remember, you are in a central location in the metropolis. Be treated to an array of restaurants, fast food and fine-dining establishments. They are lined-up left and right, beckoning you to come inside and satiate your palate to your stomach’s content.
SUPERMARKET AND 24-HOUR CONVENIENCE STORE AT THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE BUILDING ARE you that type who used to crave for midnight snacks even after a full dinner? Then on your way up to the condo, pick up your fave snacks as “baon” at Robinsons Supermarket or at the 24-hour service Mini-Stop, both of which are located at the basement of Victoria Towers.
GYM A health and fitness buff? You may be delighted to know that the newest branch of Gold’s Gym in the area is inside Victoria Towers where the condo is. In fact, it is just an elevator ride to the 6th level of the building. You may avail of their fitness programs on a daily-, weekly- or monthly-fee basis.
SWIMMING POOL OVERLOOKING QUEZON CITY METROPOLIS Winding down after a hectic day? You may use the swimming pool at the 6th floor of the building. Splash on the pool’s water and refresh yourself. Or simply sit by the pool side and gaze upon the horizon as far as your eyes can see and have sweeping view of the Quezon City metropolis extending as far as EDSA, Quezon Avenue, Cubao and the Quezon City Memorial Circle. Subject to Building Administration rules, and as long as the swimming pool is available (that is, no scheduled functions taking place), you can use it until around 9:30 at night. Depending on the number of persons in your group and your time of use, your use of swimming pool may be free of charge or subject to surcharge or fee as determined by the Building Administration Office. Also, for a reasonable fee and subject to advance booking, you may use the swimming pool area for your private functions, such as weddings, birthday parties, and other events.
CAR PARKING Yes, you do not have to worry about your car. Secure pay parking spaces at the basement and 3rd floor of Victoria Towers are available. You can pay directly to the car park attendant for the hourly, daily, overnight or weekly parking fees.

The condo really is fully furnished; we had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. The location is very good -- restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, and spas are all within walking distance. Though the train station isn't near, it's just a short jeep or taxi ride away. Our host is also very accommodating, letting us check in early and check out late upon request, and making sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice landlord and manager, responsive, courteous and prompt. Location was great - close to many things, however the apartment was too small - bedrooms and bathrooms were unbelievably tiny. Living room was almost non-existent. Personally I would not rent this apartment again as the value for money was not there (even before the price hike).
